Chronic autoimmune thyroiditis also known as Hashimoto's thyroiditis presents with raised levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and reduced thyroid hormones, often requires long-term treatment. This case report is of 27-year-old female with newly diagnosed autoimmune thyroiditis managed through an integrated approach as synthetic levothyroxine in combination with purgation therapy, polyherbal medications, well trained yoga practice, and some dietary modifications. The patient showed improvement over a 9 months treatment period clinically with symptomatic relief and optimized biochemical parameter. This case underscores the potential of integrative medicine protocols combining synthetic thyroid hormone with supportive traditional medicine and lifestyle modifications. The patient informed written consent was obtained for case documentation.
